How pairing works today
There is no live Webpoint API push. Club admins download a roster CSV from usaboxing.webpoint.us (Club Management → Club Roster → Export/CSV), then import members into Tagify so each person becomes a Tagify user.
What comes from USA Boxing
Typical Webpoint fields include First Name, Last Name, Membership ID, Role (Athlete, Coach, Non-Athlete), Status, Expiration Date, and club metadata. Tagify import expects email plus name fields—map or add emails before upload.
What Tagify owns after import
Digital cards, check-ins, staff access, points, and internal user status. Use USA Boxing only as the authority for membership validity; track everything else in Tagify.
