James Henderson is a 25-year-old entrepreneur and software engineer originally from Russia, with a deep focus on innovation across technology, finance ... , and digital infrastructure. Starting in his teens, he built software and systems that would later evolve into a diverse portfolio of ventures spanning SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, and credential management. In 2021, he founded Reversal Labs, a platform built for real-time credential syncing and secure infrastructure access. It has since expanded into a broader innovation hub supporting education, media, and music technology. In 2023, he launched Trapper Outdoors, a rugged gear brand for professional hunters and outdoorsmen. That same year, he co-founded EE Ventures, a venture and tech development group incubating companies across financial data, software, and hardware. In 2025, he introduced Tagify, a CRM and digital loyalty platform serving gyms, service providers, and retailers with end-to-end membership and check-in solutions. Today, James leads EE Holdings, the parent company behind platforms like EE Financial, Smelting & Co., ItemDash, Budgeted, and OG Brokerage. He holds a B.S. in Data Analytics from Southern New Hampshire University and an A.S. in Computer Information Systems from Massasoit Community College, and is certified by Google, Duke, and The Wharton School in data analytics, business strategy, and fintech. Through his ventures, James continues to shape tools and products that help users scale smarter, operate securely, and innovate faster.
